15 years of experience in Real Estate Capital Markets and most recently Head of EMEA Industrial and Logistics as part of the European Capital Markets team at Savills. In 2021 he also launched the EMEA Data Centre Advisory team.
Having initially specialised in the UK Retail Warehouse and Leisure Market, Marcus moved to establish the European Capital Markets team’s coverage of the Industrial and Logistics sector in 2019, working alongside Tristam. Since then, Marcus has advised on over €6bn of transactions across Europe including single assets, portfolios (both single- country and pan-European), recapitalisations, joint-ventures and fundings.
Marcus has an established client base including investors, operating partners, and developers from across the globe and takes a particular interest in helping them access new and emerging themes.

Having started his career at Grosvenor, Tristam has spent the last 18 years as a dedicated Pan-European Capital Markets specialist at Savills and has advised on over €10bn of transactions across Europe including single assets, portfolios (both single-country and pan-European), recapitalisations, sale & leasebacks, joint-ventures and fundings.
Tristam has worked between London and Paris for the last 18 years and the backbone of his career has been built around helping international investors access the French market before branching out across sectors and geographies.
Tristam has always taken a client focused approach rather than focusing on a single sector.

Hassan joined Metre Capital as a Partner following more than 15 years of experience across real estate investment management, capital markets, and brokerage.
Throughout his career, he has advised a diverse range of institutional investors, private equity firms, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, recapitalisations, and strategic investment opportunities. He has developed a strong reputation for originating off-market transactions and connecting capital with complex real estate opportunities across multiple sectors, having advised on transactions exceeding £4 billion in value.
In 2019, Hassan founded Betsa Capital Partners, a specialist advisory platform focused on real estate transactions across Europe. Prior to this, he worked at Pradera, a leading retail real estate investment manager, where he co-managed a German-domiciled open-ended retail fund and oversaw the firm's Central and Eastern European Fund.
Drawing on his experience in investment management, principal investing, and advisory services, Hassan has built an extensive network of investors, operators, developers, and capital partners across Europe. He has a particular interest in identifying emerging investment themes and creating long-term value through strategic real estate investments.
Hassan holds a First-Class Honours degree in Finance & Investment and an MSc in Investment Management, graduating with Distinction from Cass Business School (now Bayes Business School).

David Hidderley
David joined Metre Capital in 2026 as Partner , bringing more than 20 years of experience across real estate investment, asset management, and occupier advisory.
Throughout his career, David has advised a wide range of global investors, occupiers, and institutional capital partners on acquisitions, disposals, asset management strategies, and joint venture opportunities. He currently leads Metre Capital's Occupational Investment division, where he combines occupier insight with investment expertise to identify value-enhancing opportunities. Over the course of his career, he has created more than £350 million of value for occupier clients and has been involved in transactions exceeding £3.5 billion.
Prior to joining Metre Capital, David served as Head of Investment at Roebuck, now part of Redevco Logistics, where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing investment opportunities across the UK and Europe. He also played a key role in establishing and structuring joint venture partnerships to support the firm's growth strategy.
Before this, David spent six years with the NFU Mutual Insurance Society as Investment Fund Asset Manager, overseeing the day-to-day management of a £2.5 billion real estate portfolio. In this role, he was responsible for implementing asset management initiatives, driving portfolio performance, and supporting investment and disposal decisions.
Having worked across a broad range of asset classes, David has developed particular expertise in the industrial, office and retail warehouse sectors. David holds a BA (Hons) degree in Real Estate Management and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Will Irving
Will is an Associate at Metre Capital Advisors and has been involved in several large-scale transactions across European real estate markets. He supports the investment process from sourcing and underwriting through to transaction management and execution.
Prior to joining Metre, Will spent over four years specialising in real estate capital markets at Montagu Evans, covering industrial & logistics, data centres and IOS. Will is a qualified RICS chartered surveyor and holds a BSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading.

Laura is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Metre, including office management, executive support to the Partners, project coordination, and driving operational efficiency across the business.
She has over 10 years of experience spanning executive assistance, operations, and service improvement, having previously led transformation and process improvement projects at Clarion Housing Group, the UK’s largest housing association.
